Hey Bob,
This is the camera I showed you today which I got off Ebay (China)...
Image
Many on Ebay sell them for $99 (+bidding)... or $104 (buy it now)

Is that camera you had and mentioned to me you have purchased the Sony HDR-AS15 ?
It does do 120fps but not at 1080p as I guessed... it records 120fps in 720p though... which still isn't too bad.... the clone GoPro I have does as high as 60fps but only at 720p (30fps @ 1080p)

Tom,
Your video is not bad. Better than a Mobius which is about $25 less. Your gimbal worked out smooth. I have the Sony Sports Cam HDR-AS30V

I also have the camcorder adapter which makes it a small Handycam type with the flip screen. Nice quality vids and pics also.

I also bought the DJI gimbal like yours. I heavily modified the mounting and a lot of fussing to get it to work. The camera is all balanced out on the unit but maybe to heavy a it struggles. I am going to try it .I may have to get a lighter camera for it. If I can get a mount for the Sony to fit the bottom I can take the waterproof case off of it and it will work better.

I would at some time like to get info on a heads up telemetry screen so I can monitor FPV flights. I do not have a clue yet how to do it.
